Advance Continuous is Enable's subscription program for Run work — the ongoing advisory, maintenance, monitoring, and support that keeps your Zoho environment healthy and improving. Every Continuous tier is a flat-rate monthly commitment: predictable spend, SLA-backed response, and access to Enable's team without per-task billing. Build work (creating new deliverables) converts to Project Sprints at the Project rate and is budgeted separately.

Continuous program configurations are published as operational baselines. Your exact plan is tailored to your ecosystem based on variables like required weekly admin hours, the complexity of connected applications, custom API volumes, and design requirements. Enable scopes your program during onboarding to provide a baseline custom configuration that maps to your needs.

When you're on an Advance Continuous program, scoping, planning, and consulting for upcoming Build work (Sprints) is included in the program fee — within calibration limits per tier. This means Enable already knows your system when your next Sprint begins: faster to start, cheaper to plan, higher quality output.

If none of the Continuous tiers match your situation, Advance Custom lets you compose exactly the engagement you need from the Baseline Service Catalog — at any time, including in the middle of an existing program. There are no tiers. You select the specific services, admin hours, and advisory depth your environment requires, and Enable scopes a flat-rate program around that. Common use cases: post-acquisition environments, PE portcos with non-standard stacks, or clients whose needs don't map cleanly to a standard tier. Custom is never the standard motion — if every client got it, it wouldn't be custom. New clients typically enter via Advance Launch, not Custom.

Because Advance Continuous programs feature legally binding, SLA-backed response commitments, Enable requires a one-time System Architecture Audit for all new clients entering Continuous directly — without Advance Launch or a preceding project with Enable. We cannot responsibly assume operational liability for custom logic, workflow rules, or external API layers that our team did not engineer without conducting a comprehensive baseline discovery first.

All audits are fixed-price and confirmed explicitly after an initial scoping call. 100% due at onboarding kickoff with a standard 2–3 week delivery cycle. This technical discovery phase is waived for active Enable Solutions clients transitioning from Advance Launch or a prior Enable project.
Advance Continuous covers Run work. Any scope that creates a new deliverable — a new module, integration, workflow, or application — is Build work and converts to a Project Sprint at $350/Unit. Continuous clients receive priority scheduling and streamlined scoping on Sprint work because Enable already knows their system.
